Dear Members,

I would like to Thanks to all the members of our Association for making our 2^nd COMPASS INDOOR CRICKET TOURNAMENT 2009 a grand success. It was the whole hearted participation of the members who played the game with Great Spirit. I would like to Thank the members of Sports Committee Mr. Avinash Bagaria & Mr. Manoj Jain who helped me to organise this Tournament, last but not the least I would like to Thank our President Mr. Pawan Jajodia whose experience was a great navigation to success. 2^nd COMPASS INDOOR CRICKET TOURNAMENT 2009 was sponsored by ASUS TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD.

Last years Defending Champions JALAN INFOTECH made their way to the finals unbeaten, but on the other side was a team in to the final was of young players FRIENDS OF IT. Out of them 3 player were the second generation of COMPASS Members. And as the rule of Soil “New things replaces the old” this team of young gun turn the direction of unbeaten run of JALAN INFOCTEH in this tournament & became the new Champion in the single sided final in which the JALANS were over played by FRIENDS OF IT in all department of the game. Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Picnic of COMPASS is being organized on Sunday, 25th January 2009.

Venue : NANDAN, SANCHETI BAGAN BARI, BUNORHAT, NEXT TO KULGACHIA CINEMA HALL, 800 MTR. FROM SARISA ASHRAM MORE(Raichak Crossing on Diamond Harbour Road)
Approx 43 kms from Esplanade

Members are requested to reach the venue by 9.30am.

Transport, subject to feasibility and requests made by members, will also be oragnised. We are planning to arrange transportation from Ganesh Chandra Avenue. Members are requested to inform whether they wish to avail of the transport facility. Confirmation and details of the transport will be provided in due course.

Transportation will be finalized after the number of registration done with COMPASS.

All Members along with their families are invited to join us for a full day of fun & frolic.

A registration fee of Rs. 100.00 per member of the family is to be paid. No registration charges for children below 12 years, Apart from immediate family members only 4(four) guests are allowed. Registration for all is required. This will enable us work out the arrangements to be done.

The Last date of Registration is Thursday 22nd January 2009, 6 pm. Registrations can be done at COMPASS office or by calling Mr. Sital Datta Choudhury on 9830011699.
