OPEN TENDER NOTICE

 

1. The Director, Integrated Test Range, Chandipur-756 025 invites sealed tenders from the Manufacturers/ their authorized distributors reputed Firms/ the firms registered with DGS& D/NSIC  and the Suppliers of standing repute as per details given as under :-____________________________________________________________________________

The detailed specification and scope of work will be issued along with tender enquiry.

2. (a) Non-transferable tender documents with details of specifications, terms and conditions

         with scope of works for the above case can be obtained from the Director, Integrated

         Test Range, Chandipur-756 025 (ORISSA) against written request quoting the tender

         reference number and on payment of a Non-Refundable tender fee mentioned above in

         the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director ITR, Chandipur-756 025

         payable at SBI Chandipur only (Code 5755). Request for issue of tender document by

         post to be received till 12 Oct, 2005.

   (b) Tender documents can also be collected in person from this Establishment (IMM

         Division) between 1000 hours and 1430 hours on all working days till 17th Oct.2005.

   (c) The late/delayed tenders shall not be considered & will be rejected.

   (d) Director, ITR Chandipur has the right to reject any other without assigning any reason

         thereof and is not responsible for any postal delay or due to any other reason.

3. Easrnest Money Deposit (EMD) by Bank Draft in favour of the Director ITR, Chandipur-

    756 025 to be submitted by all Indian vendors other than those registered with

    NSIC/SSI/DGS&D/ any DRDO Lab/ Estt/ any other Govt. Department along with their

    quotations. Registered vendors must submit proof of registration to avail of the exemption

    from EMD, EMD should be enclosed along with Techno-Commercial bid only.

4. Tender documents received by Fax will be ignored.

5. No request for extension of tender date will be considered.

6. Tender completed in all respect (Techno-Commercial bid and Price bid) separately will be

    accepted upto 1300 hours on 18th Oct.2005.  The Techno-Commercial bid only will be

    opened at 14:00 hours on 18th Oct.2005.
