TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed & established manufacturers/authorized dealers for the supply of one number of 30 KVA, 3 Phase, IGBT based U.P.S. System including battery bank and all other accessories complete as per specification for installation and commissioning at Regional Science Centre, Lucknow. Interest agencies having proven experience with strong financial back ground and capable to render prompt and efficient after sales support, on annual maintenance contract basis, during warranty and post warranty period may collect ‘Pre qualification form’ along with technical specification from any of following offices up to 20.09.2005 and may submit the duly filled-in form along with all credential to the respective office within 29.9.2005. Tender papers will be issued from respective local offices as stated here below from 15.10.2005 to 25.10.2005 on payment of Rs.200/- only (non-refundable), to such agencies who are considered competent for the work. Decision of the Council in this regard shall be final and binding. Completed tenders should be submitted to Science City, Kolkata upto 3.00 PM on 31.10.2005 and will opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of interested tenders.
