Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers/their authorized dealers having Service Centres in Orissa or Eastern India for supply and installation of the following equipments/apparatus/instruments at different Colleges/Departments/Research Projects located at Bhubaneshswar and different part of Orissa under Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT).

The tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Dean of Research, OUAT Administrative Buildin, 2nd Floor, Bhubaneswar-751003 during the office hours against payment of tender document fee fixed for the following categories in shape of Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of Dean of Research, Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar payable at State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneshwar-751 003.   The complete tender documents will also be available on our web site: www.ouat.ac.in and the same can be downloaded and used as tender documents and shall be submitted on or before the time and date indicated below. Submission of tender documents through internet is not permitted.  However in case tender document downloaded from website is used, a Bank Draft.Banker’s Cheque fixed for each category or items should be drawn in the above manner, and have to be enclosed alongwith the tender document. In case, the offer is not accompanied with the valid Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque for the cost of tender document fee as detailed below, the tender will summarily be rejected.
